Weight: 235 lbs., but it feels like a million-zillion
Activities: 62 jumping jacks
Food: I had a chicken nugget meal from McDonald's with a coke, a mini Twix bar, a can of Pepsi, 2bowls of rigatoni with chicken and sauce, and 3/4 of a glass of cranberry-pomegranate juice.....so far.

So, I don't have a real plan for losing weight, but I will keep records here of my "progress."
